LINSEED Stabilised
LINSEED, Stabilised ground. Organic, of course, and imported from the pristine flax fields of Canada. We simply couldn't source a comparable quality and spec closer to home so we called on our Canadian cousins! Linseed contains more ALA Omega 3, the anti-inflammatory essential fatty acid, than any other wholefood source. It also boasts 20% protein and 27% dietary fibre. Its positive benefits for horses have been recognised for generations but for generations it had to be boiled before feeding to get rid of anti-nutritive and cyanide compounds. It then had to be fed straight away or the oil would quickly go rancid. This stabilised, ground whole linseed is ready to feed and particularly digestible with no rancidity issues.
